Refund Policy

At Livalu Media LLC, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital media, marketing, and creative production services. Because our work involves customized services, creative production, digital content, strategy work and projects that are tailored specifically to each client, our refund policy reflects the nature of the services we provide.
General Refund Policy
Due to the customized nature of our services, all sales of creative services, digital content, strategy work and projects are generally final once work has commenced. Refund eligibility depends on the specific project status, work completed, and the terms outlined in your individual service agreement.
Deposits and Upfront Payments
Deposits and upfront payments are generally non-refundable once work has begun. These payments secure our time, resources, and commitment to your project. In certain circumstances, a partial refund may be considered if no substantial work has been completed and the request is made within a reasonable timeframe.
Work in Progress
Projects that have already started may not be refundable depending on project status and the amount of work completed. If a project is cancelled after work has begun, the client remains responsible for payment for all work completed up to the cancellation date. Any unused portion of prepaid fees may be applied to future services at our discretion.
Customized Services and Creative Production
Customized services, creative production, digital content, strategy work and projects already started may not be refundable depending on project status. This includes but is not limited to: completed video productions, finalized graphic designs, written content, marketing strategies, social media content calendars, and any deliverables that have been submitted to the client.
Revision Policy
We include a specified number of revision rounds in each project agreement. Work approved by the client after revision rounds is considered final and not eligible for refund. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional fees.
Exceptions and Discretionary Refunds
Livalu Media LLC reserves the right to issue discretionary refunds on a case-by-case basis in exceptional circumstances. Such refunds, when granted, will be processed within 14 business days of approval. Discretionary refunds are not guaranteed and will be evaluated based on the specific situation.
Chargebacks and Disputes
We encourage clients to contact us directly to resolve any concerns before initiating chargebacks or payment disputes. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in immediate termination of services and may affect future engagement eligibility.
